I am 50 yrs. old and since I be a child, I have be twisting my hair around my fingers and pulling my spine in my sleep until it wake me. Sometimes I wake up beside hair wrapped so tight around my fingers, it shuts rotten the circulation. I have asked several doctors and they individual have answers for hair-pullers that do it while awake. My hair have been short to massively long ,length has zilch to do with it, it continues no concern what the length. If anyone has an answer to this extremely annoying night time flurry, please respond!
