I blew my nose...there be a little blood which comes along beside winter, that didnt surprise me. Used the tissue to wipe it out a little and that be what let it loose. The blood after started to pour out. After holding the tissue to my nose for a couple minutes I pulled it fund and on top of the blood soaked tissue be a rather life-size, thick, mucussy blob of blood that didnt even soak contained by to the tissue. As the blood was still dripping out of my feeler, I looked into my nose to see what be going on and saw another big blobby substance. It easily come out with the touch of a tissue and later the bleeding magically stopped. All of this happened inwardly 5 minutes. What the hell just happen?

Sounds like you of late blew a clot out. Not a big deal if its lately this once. If you starts happening more habitually, or if you have a easier said than done time getting the bleeding to stop, see a doctor.

Incidentally, to help next to nose bleeds within winter, try to get a reheat mist humidifier for your home / bedroom. This will help next to the dryness/thinness of your nasal tissue. Also, try to increase your vitamin K intake.

Sounds like you loosened a clot that be covering a leaky blood vessel just underneath the membrane inside. My guess is that enough of the second clot covered it to finishing the bleeding.
The good word is that the clots indicate that the bleeding isn't from somewhere beyond your nose. The unpromising news is that once you start this, unless you amount out how to get it to make well -- or get it cauterized -- it's predictable to happen in a minute and then. (For me it's other when I have on a shirt that I resembling.)
Sometimes you can give a spot close to that a chance to make well by keeping it soft. People use petroleum jelly; I've been trying K-Y, but it just works so-so.
If it continues to be a problem, an ear, nose and throat doc can cauterize it. For some populace that's the end of it; for some, it can resume after a while or other spots can start. Well lm always getting muzzle bleeds to. we are either blowing our nose`s to intricate or lf your taking a nasal spray this could trigger a problem. Decongestants are the worse nasal sprays anyone can get. l presume lt has to do alot from the Decongestants nasal sprays and lf you use this don`t even bother next to lt. lf lt gets even worse l would win in to see your Doctor.

well you did read out it is winter, depending on where you live the atmosphere may be dry and so you may hold some cracked sinus. If this does happen again try using a humidifer, you could also capture a nasal spray that help next to such issue

If your nose does verbs to bleed for no unexplain reason even after trying these things, you may want to check ina medical center and achieve you blood pressure check along with a tuberculin skin check done
As you are losing blood please ensure that you are consuming some iron.A crack of your sinuses may be due to dryness so you may want to drink up your water.
