what is good for lower backbone pain? i lift a heavy microwave 2-3 weeks ago.?

Articulating areas are your joint: knees, elbows. wrists, etc. Where those bones come against or move against each other to articulate at the common they are covered with a tissue to be precise mostly hard, not bone, but not soft. It is the "articular cartilage". It is smooth and allows the bones to rub against respectively other without grinding.

Is it alright to give somebody a lift a nap similar to 10 minutes after eating?
