Frozen shoulder pain and predetermined movement HELP PLEASE?
I fell off my bike going on for five months ago, initally I was fine but a month subsequent I had severe agony radiating down my arm and found it difficult to move. I had a ultra scan and this revealed that I have fractured my collar bone and that I had a lump of calcium inwardly the shoulder joint. I begin physio and have lately completed hydrotherapy. A month ago the pain merely stoppen but since last thursday it have come back big time and I am struggling to cope beside very controlled movement. I am waiting for a new Physio appointment. I enjoy a tens machine and that help a bit but find it difficult to take stomach-ache relief due stomach problems. Please can anyone suggest something that I can do to ease this discomfort and get my arm moving again. It is impede nearly everything I do
