What is the best means of access to remove a splinter from my finger?

Wrap a small piece of bacon around it w/ a band aid. I know what you are thinking but it seriously works, the stout draws the splinter out.
squeeze it first to try and bring it to the surface, then use tweezers.

Tweezers. You could run a credit card over it to see if this will help out to skip it out of your skin. Or you can use a needle (carefully) to try to flick it out.
If the splinter is in here deep and you cant see the terminate, just consent to it work itself out.
