Can I still run if I strained my neck a week ago...?
Bone spurs, also specified as osteophytes, are bony projections that form along joints. Bone spurs form due to the body's increase of a dilapidated (usually due to arthritis) joint's surface area contained by a futile attempt to improve immensity distribution. However, they usually limit pooled movement and typically cause aching.
Spurs are on the underside of the heel so that when you walk it hurts surrounded by the fleshy part as in that is a bony growth pushing down on the smaller bones of the foot.
