That would depend on a few things. Like how do you tolerate pain? Did your post op instructions include things around how to handle the strain once the local wore off. Is your foot starting to tingle and regain some sensation? It might be that you don't recognize any spasm whatsoever. Everyone is different and gaging how much another is going to hurt or how much you are hurting, is a job for that creature. Not others.

not bad at adjectives, trust me. It seems approaching all of a sudden its going to be horrible, but you won't really realize it since the numbing wear off slowly. What you'll probably get the impression is some increased difficulty in doing small things you could do a couple of hours ago (like walking around, moving your foot a little, etc) And I bet the doc give some prescriptions, so worst comes to worst just pinch a pill.
