My bf was surrounded by an accident, and have been on Percocet for something like 2 monts now..?
Yes - probably something medically wrong - any physically or psychologically. Some people who experience pleasure, even from something so esoteric as ingestion food, retreat into their brains and it is so intense that sleep is the only instrument their brain can "cope" with this exotic pleasure. Or - if your husband is overweight - he might be retreating because of guilt. Many overweight people surface tremendous guilt whenever they eat or drink anything and escape to their "secure zone" - they sleep. As for the physical reasons why food would put your husband to sleep, can't respond. I'm not a doctor. I outstandingly recommend you consult a Medical Doctor, tell the doctor exactly what you own witnessed, and provide information of the medicines and foods and drink that you believe your husband is ingesting. Most Medical Doctors will want to "see" the merciful, however, some more enlightened doctors will let you know if within is something serious that may be causing this sleep syndrome arising from ingesting food.
Later - glad to hear he is fit, not depressed, and not overweight. Hypoglycemia? Maybe - this should be confident to research at the website hosted by MERCK. I have the Merck Manual at home as a suggestion for the whatevers that happen to me and mine - and - sent copies to my 86-yr-old parents and 60-yr-old sister. How nice of you to be concerned around your "sleepy" spouse. <smile>
Without examining him, I doubt a specific cause could be address. I would strongly suggest a physical to rule out any serious underlying cause.
Has anyone have any bad experiences beside the migraine drug Maxalt?
He could be diabetic. The other question would be depressionHe wishes to take a blood suger height test, book an appointment beside a docter, and make him stir, explain to him, that if some thing is really wrong, it will cost profusely more when this condition gets worse, try a clinic, they are usually cheaper, than calling an department doctor, and you can call a boss and ask how much an appointment would cost, and if need be, could you put together monthly payments?
