What exercises can I do since I only just injured my back and be told to 'take it easy'?
I threw out my lower posterior and see a chiropractor for adjustments and dream therapy 2x per week.
Answer:
Lie down for maximum of 20 minutes afterwards slowly walk for 5 minutes. NO sitting!!! Gentle ankle rotations are apposite. Gentle yoga exercises should help e.g. cobra, cat etc. Swimming really help as does aqua jogging if you use a flotation device which should maintain you suspended while you ' jog'. This really helps as in attendance will be no pressure on the back but you will still gain to work out aerobically, good luck and listen to your body!
Don't do exercises, that what transport it easy channel. Talk to the professionals you are already seeing if you are thinking you need to exercise.

I am a older dude, and I enjoy gone to 14 different chiropractors in my life span 13 after the best one died. I still had frequent back sting that was getting to be a bother. I go to a sporting goods store and saw a " Inversion Bench". That's a bench that you lock your legs contained by and slowly flip upside down. After 30 secs I righted myself and low and behold, no backache. That was over a year ago and so far no backache. They market them now at Sears. Also Yoga is excellent for making you be aware of better. Just do it slow and better yet near a trainer.
