9-10 hours, but everybody is different.some people can run on 6 hours, some need 12. essentially, your body sleeps until it doesnt need sleep anymore. so when folks need an alarm clock, they arent getting plenty sleep. obviously the body isnt going to sleep longer than it wishes to. so on the weekend, calculate how long ur slept, in need anybody or anything waking you up, and thats how much sleep you want. if its more than 15 hours, tell your parents to bear u to a sleep disorder specialist.
8 hours - people can also own a bad sleep from a impossible matress and wake up response the way you do...
You should receive 8 - 10 hours of sleep each hours of darkness. I'm 15 and I only go and get like 6 or 7 because I dont step to bed until i'm sleepy, but I do see/feel a difference when I get more hours of sleep. Consider yourself getting 8 - 10 hours of sleep respectively night. On the weekends find as much sleep as you can like 11 or 12 hours of sleep ..... lol Thanks, Brandon
