Treatment for a pulled groin?
I pulled my groin about a month and a partly ago, and it still hasn't healed, i did this once past and it took 5 months to heal, that be my fault because everytime it started to quality better i would go do something resembling kick(i study martial arts) run, heave weights, etc. Well, i haven't done anything since i pulled it this time. But everytime it starts to feel better i hurt it again and afterwards it will hurt for another few weeks, i work at a place where i hold to lift things up adjectives the time, i am trying to take it graceful but i can't just not work. Also sometimes it starts to surface better and i'll make a suttle movement and it will hurt for awhile afterwards, what can i do to give support to make it make well quickly? I know i should grasp it checked out, but what else can i do?

While you are resting the rough area, use a cold compression wrap to remove adjectives inflammation and stop pain. The frozen wrap should be used just about 3 times a day. You can hold it on longer for the compression or wrap it with an springy bandage.
There are minute tears to any muscles or tendons and they need time to treat. Each time you re-injure it, you are starting all over.
Once it appears heal, do gentle catalogue of motion exercises and then start gradual strengthening exercises to build up the strength.
It's a difficult injury to alleviate as it is easily re-injured, so be watchful about movements that hold potential to re-injure. Complete process can take several months.

HUGE difference, if its pulled you will see black and blue covering it no balck no blue stop bitching and start strecthing.
Its close to anything else on your body. Unless you give it time and rest... it won't make well.
Try anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen. This will also support with the pain/discomfort. Also try alternating between fry and cold. (remember to wrap ice pack in a towel first so you don't freeze your skin). But you must be guarded as this will also make you get the impression like you can do other things approaching sports and other physical activities you shouldn't do because it "masks" the dull pain.
If you can find a way to purloin a few days off work (sick evacuate or vacation) that is your best substitute. Good old fashioned R & R.

it's a really polite idea to bring it as easy as possible on your groin. you probably realize by in a minute you use those muscle groups more often than you thought.one item you can try at home is doing stretches everyday. there are several angelic stretches that you can do on the floor that you can search for on the internet. deeply stretch out your groin as comfortably as it'll go consequently hold it...and just do that everyday. commonly with sports injuries and injuries to muscles or joint you lose flexibility, balance and power. by stretching it everyday you abet gain some of that back and that will help out prevent future injuries
