My hand have be hurting me lately like a thoughtful pain contained by the bones areound my wrist what do think specifically?
I dont think I am on a computer ample for it to be that corpal tunnel thing . The niggle is weird it go on for a few days then go away then comes back

You might have carpon tunel syndrome. Cause my roommate have it too. But she has also pre exposed Arthritis. Her wrist on both hand are sometimes so swollen up and so numb she can bearly move em. Its caused by over excertion from repitition of multi tasking at the department.What can be done is? By computers have an ergonomic upright installed.
Have the right heights of a bench that supports you . Also when often on the computer enjoy an ergonomic mouse.

Sounds like you might hold Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.As,I have it and i enjoy the same discomfort. Mine is My left wrist.Which I'm going to hold the surgery for it soon! And I'm getting it also in my right wrist.So,I know how you feel.
