I need help out with my sleep...am solely 24!!!!?


ok, i've been have problems with my sleep since my teen years, i suffered from depresion, get that taken care of. but i still cant sleep i be taking lunesta, something else that did not work, and now am taking temazepam, works wonders, it help me fall asleep, and stay asleep. my prescription run out. last hours of darkness, it was hell. i go to sleep around 9p. coulnt sleep probably til, midnight. every little noice interrups me, my husband snoring, the dogs when they lick or scratch and clear me very irritable. i dont wanna maintain taking meds. to help me sleep. right in a minute am sleepy...but i cant take a doze, because then i wont know how to sleep.
any suggestions???

b-vitamins. increase red blood cell production...for some defence, they havebeen helping me sleep better. also, when you go to bed at darkness, lay down on your back and look up at the ceiling for a few minutes. dont chew over about anything, and when you do, dont get hold of in depth, a moment ago let it be a thought and filter through your mind. also, overexcited all your muscle groups for roughly speaking 1 minute apeice, then, relax them. work your road from your toes to your head...seriously, as soon as your done, you should trickle asleep. keep them as tight as you can, and release. do this in a comfortable position so your muscles can stay relaxed and you dont hold to keep flopping when youre supposed to be relaxed. if you pinch it back to the pharmacy, you can explain to them, and they can unanimously get a perscription from the doctor if it really help you! good luck!! :)

Depression can leave you next to sleep problems for a long time. I found that valerian root helps. I also found that the improved I get (better diet, smaller number weight, more exercise) the better I sleep.
