First I would check with your doctor to find out if this exercise is appropriate for you. Then if you receive the ok from the doc, I would check with a personal trainer to swot how to do the exercises properly. That includes doing certain stretches first since beginning your regiment. Also start out near lighter weights so you do not rip your tendons and muscles up. You gradually move up near heavier ones with time. Also breathing is esteemed as well. So is diet. Hope this help.
