I have be diagnosed with degenerative arthritis of my vanished foot.?
I cannot walk in need a limp. What are the best meds to treat this? What is the best course to ensure that I don't end up next to hip problems. I also have arthritis within my right elbow and both hands. Although my foot and elbow are the worst.

Keep Mobile and stimulate with calm exercise on effected joint and stretching for same. Chinese do this with closely of success..Take fish grease supplements with your diet also..I be diagnosed with rash degenerative arthritis in my hips probably 8-9 years ago but own not had any problems from it so far.....own arthritis and my dad has rheumatoid arthritis, you are so much better rotten staying off of prescription meds for as long as possible. Take ibuprofen (if okay near doc) but definitely preserve moving! Exercise and stay active or it will really start to pilfer over your life. Good Luck!
