My knee will develop occasional throbbing and hotspots that seem to be appearing short a logical (no injury or overwork) reason. My departed ankle will unexplicably swell and become very tight and sore again short a logical reason. I played basketball for abundant years and my knee have very little between the bones. The affliction and hot spots are not constant. My left ankle is occasionally tender but not other painful. Can a cold settle into these joint and create these symtoms?
