Quitting Smoking?
Answers:
Many people, including one Doctor., hold explained to me that smoking links itself to actions, places and emotional state in your brain. If you smoke when you're driving, that's a coupled action. Chew a full pack of gum on the way to the store and turn up the radio. If you smoke at your computer, this is a connected place.Put the ashtrays out of reach and place candy or some peanut butter and celery sticks here instead. And if you smoke when annoyed, this is a linked response, go out on the porch and count cars until the urge have passed. If you can mentally fight Mr. Urge for 10 minutes, he usually go away for a while. Key Fact: You MUST recognize the triggers.
