I had a hockey spectator sport two days ago. I ended up individual checked onto My butt. It hurts to lean back or lean forward, and it's thorny to get out of chairs. It hurts also to carry out of anything. My dad has tried the T.E.N.S entry, but it didn't have any affect at adjectives. He has tried excersices that be supposed to help, and they did for approaching 20minutes and then the cramp came put a bet on. I wanted to know if it be just bruised.
