I sleep 12 hours a daytime, and it is just too much. Do I stipulation to find a way to translation it?

I'm kinda like peas in a pod way. I own a sleeping disorder and battle anxiety/depression. I presume most of the time why should I get up if I own nothing to do? Maybe your body purely needs more sleep than others. I speak listen to your body, and rest if it needs to rest. I would fairly get too much sleep than not satisfactory. Not enough is far more injurious than too much. But that's just my inference.what more can i do to rehab from total knee replacement?
i would own to say yes n no but im not really sure....cuz i do it sometimes too....but im guessing that sleeping 12hrs is jus too much and it may damage ur health....idk....by not ingestion excercising for that half a light of day of sleep....for a college student im guessing that nap time should be around 8 - 9 hours a daytime....2 get up its up 2 u to find something 2 do in the morning mybe study or sumthin.....i would influence that it is a normal point to do cuz there are other ppl who do it as ably....
