I see you love your sports, but have you be stretching those muscles?? if you neglect to stretch them they will work back and bestow you some discomfort. Dont push yourself too hard, pocket it easy your are young at heart, you have a integral life contained by front of you, but you need to start taking concern of those muscles.

the problem is that you get used to the exercise and then you didnt do as much as you customarily do on a daily argument. the thing that make you sore is called sonovial fluid (check spelling, not sure) but if you do not stretch, next this fluid inside your joints is not evenly distributed cause some pain and pain in your joint and in your muscles. not to mention, your calves are one the hardest muscles to stretch out. try what is commonly prearranged as the calve stretch. put one foot in front of the other and increase the distance but keep hold of your feet flat up until the point where on earth you feel a moment or two pull surrounded by calf muscle and then hold it for 10 second and switch stretch well and you will not have a feeling pain
