like i broke both of my arms n whenever i sit down then stand up or stand stll afterwards run i get adjectives weird walkin stuff until approaching a few minutes later i get hold of bac to nornal.....

What? Are you stoned?It unbalances you and takes practice to pace like regular when you are so used to having the two arms for go together usually.
Take your time getting up and don't rush around, you want your bones to heal and not break beneath the plaster afterall.

You have to achieve somebody to scratch where on earth it itches.I have a classmate back surrounded by grade conservatory who did just that. The merely thing that he could drink on his own was a banana, if it have been peel and placed at the edge of the table.
However, you may be have a problem with your cast. Go back to the hospital you have been taken to when you broke your arms, tolerate them know what's going on, and ask for help.
