Have you tried anti-depressants (serotonin reuptake inhibitors), like lexapro? I don't enjoy fibro, but holy crap! I stopped taking that stuff cold turkey, and I felt close to I had fibromyalgia for months. I know those kind of meds can be used to treat fibro, too.

Get plenty of sleep. Inflammatorys, the fitting stuff you get from the doctor. Over the counter stuff is contained by such low dosages. Eat plenty of fish such as salmon. Bananas are real flawless. I keep these around adjectives the time. Except the salmon at 16 bucks a pound who can afford to buy it at the supermarket.
I also do real honourable about cooking for us here so I know what is going into our food. Cut out the foods that kind things worse. Keep your weight down if you can. It is knotty to exercises when your hurting. I try to do low stressful exercises.
I have go off most adjectives drugs now except for a herb I run and a inflammatory. There are braises one can use for the swelling, if this is a big issue. Arthritis and swelling seam to go paw and hand.
