I have a cheerleading competition coming up and i hurt my ankle, what can i do to produce it better?


I was doing a stunt(where i'm up in the air) and i fell down and land on my ankle. When i went to the hospital my doctor told me i have torn my tendens and my ligaments. I had also sprained my ankle. My ankle is still greatly swollen and it hurts. I can't point my toes and i can't jump hugely well. (all cheerleaders know that pointing toes and jump is very historic.) My competition is next saturday and it wishes to be better by then so i can stunt, lunge, and point my toes. Help me!

Im def not a cheerleader but i know about getting hurt from doing karate. I know that the competitions are essential (my cousin does it) but if you are hurt still badly resembling that and it is all swolen and doesnt bring back much better by the day of the competition, i dont deliberate u should do it. If you make it worse by anyone in the competition you are going to regret it because it can receive worse. I had hurt my elbow when i be in karate and overlooked it, it hurt everyday but i didnt want to be a baby in the region of it. When i was working near my dad something happened and it popped. have to have surgery and blah blah blah. so i suggest you rime it for 20 min every hour or so and try to do some excercises with it, Try to slowly move your toes and move your ankle around within circle, slowly! i learned this from physical psychiatric therapy. helped my arm but u ahve to make a contribution it time to heal!!! simply be careful

OMG! HELP me!!?

Alternate between grill and cold applications... personally when i would bring hurt from soccer, i wouldn't do anything for a day but I don`t know a few ankle or leg rotations so it didn't stiff up on me. the next light of day i would test it near different weights,... first supporting myself, then accumulation books in a backpack etc. eventually by afternoon 3 i would be able to way of walking and run fine. Heat and Cold packs repeatedly tho... keeps the swelling down

Multiple "spider" bites?

Ice it, and steal advil. That will help beside the swelling.
Heat it before you start exercising or cheering. You can also draw from an ankle brace to help support it.

help...this acne product burn some of my skin..?

dont do anything i no it sucks be in motion and cheer on your team but if you atempt stunts u could injure yourself even more

I'm not outlook good today, should i still work out for 1 hour approaching i usually do?

ok this happened to one of the girl on my All-star troop too and I heard my coach chitchat to her about how you should fry it (put it in hot river i think!!!) later put it in rime then steam it then put it surrounded by ice

ice and elevation and rest are the only treatments. You can wear a support wrapping, but it will take days to alleviate
