You could own a faulty bite. I saw and orthodontist for this and he sand down my back teeth, which help a lot. Chewing on rugged candy and food may aggravate the problem. I get those type of headache and I massage, (fingertips) using a circular motion, the side of the person in charge and neck along near my forehead, scalp, etc. which helps seriously.

how can i fix my abnormal sleep conduct?

If you have a stroke therapist friend enjoy them work on your back, shoulders, and the front and wager on of the neck. Even though the aching is around your jaw and ear the other muscles (harder for you to take to) also refer pain to those areas. You insubstantially scratch or rub everywhere on your principal (including seeing if there are knot in the muscles between your fingers while one is in your mouth) - What you are looking for are sore spots (trigger points).
Rub them a few times several times a year to try to get them to loosen up.
