I swallowed a pit of an olive what Happens my stomache really hurts?
Sounds similar to carpal tunnel syndrome, which is what I have. Nothing seem to alleviate it for very long. I wear a wrist brace at dark, but I still have numbness and aching, often surrounded by both hands. It is cause by repetitive motion--typing, tennis, golf, anything involving continuous, repetitive use of the hands--so basically the one and only long-term treatment is to stop doing whatever it is that's cause the problem. At the least, you stipulation to minimize the problem by switching to different tasks periodically. Physical therapy or chiropractic psychotherapy can help by relieving pressure on the nerves foremost from the spine into the arm. They can also show you stretches and exercises to do that make the tendons more flexible.
