Leg cramps?
Answers:
it could be a few things
-low potassium or low calcium levels surrounded by your blood
-dehydration
-pulled or strained muscle
you can try applying a heating wad to the areas that are hurting for 10-15 mins at a time to help alleviate the strain. do not apply the pad directly to your skin (to avoid burns) and never sleep beside one.
take ibuprofen to give a hand with the twinge too. take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg contained by 24 hours.
if this continues for longer than 3 days, and/or is keeping you awake at night-make sure to make an appt to see your dr. the only mode to determine if your calcium or pottasium levels are too low is through blood work
fitting luck to you
