What causes mid posterior pain? mostly on right side and its method worse after sleeping. any suggestions?
The pain have been at hand since i had my final child 4 months ago. its more so on my right side but here lately has spread to both sides. usually it simply really hurts while im sleeping no matter what position i am within. I have contained by the past have kidney stones and i know the pain contained by sorta in that nouns but its starting to concern me. I can't sleep in my bed anymore and the couch where at one time would oblige with it, isn't helping anymore. i rouse about every 4 hours and litterally can't move and pilfer meds just to be in motion back to sleep. also i have a epidural with my ending child. and also lugging the baby holder around everywhere i go usually carrying next to my right hand. anyone hold problems with mid spinal column? or any suggestions before i fork out tons of money for MRI's and things resembling that? ive considered maybe a chiropractor thought it could be a pinched impudence. thanks so much!!

Ice the nouns -put 2 bottles on back, hold on next to a belt.
try for 20 min.
Then try heat surrounded by bottles...fill near hot water.
magnets do miracles, seize a magnet off fridge and place on anguish.
dont keep magnet on longer than 12 hrs or during storms.
Sleeping in a sleeping daypack at night relieves adjectives pains.
Put a rolled towel under groove of nouns at night.
