My sciatic nerve be damaged when i have a severe nerve pinch on my L-5/S-1 vertebrae. My disappeared leg all the agency to my toes was numb and tingling (pins/needles).

After my subsidise surgery to relieve the nerve pressure the symptoms get a little better respectively month for about a year. I still to this hours of daylight have a moment or two numbness from my mid calf to my toes on the outer part of the nouns but according to my doctor after one year that is roughly the best i can hope for.

I know exactly how you discern. I have be suffering for 9 years with a pinched sassiness in my lower posterior. I was born w/Spina Bifida, and my vertebras L3&4 are deformed and they explanation my sciatic nerve to be pinched. The twinge goes from my lower back/hip nouns (left or right) all down the rear of my leg and to my fourth and pinky toe. Sound familar? I have found amazingly little relief surrounded by anything I have tried. I am currently on Methadone 10mg, every four hours. If you do not want a strong narcotic, I would stay away from them. They are HIGHLY addictive. I will recommend a few things that have given me some nouns. 1) Try applying a heating wipe to the main nouns of pain(where the pain raidiats from)Also use icy hot or another topical cream of your choosing. One that I swiar by is only available on flash or from a phusical therapist. It is call `Bio Freeze`... Montel Williams has like peas in a pod problem with sassiness damage and dull pain..He recommends smoking pot..It dulls the bravery pain.. LOL Seriously it DOES work!!
