A couple of things come to mind. There is a cardiac condition called SVT or supraventricular tachycardia. Your heart will start to increase to over 150 beat per minute. Some of the symptoms your describe are similar to those who have have SVT. Sometimes it goes away on its own and others it doesn't, surrounded by which a visit to the emergency room is required. Medicine is given to slow it subsidise down to a normal rate.
The other condition comes to mind is an anxiety (panic) attack. This condition affects ancestors who are overtly anxious and in some cases those who are not. There are those who appear anxious on the outside and nearby are those whereby our mind sees something and even though we don't become anxious, it triggers something in our subconscious mind and creates the symptoms you are experiencing.
In any case, if it continues, it would be perceptive to go want medical attention. Hope this helps, get the impression free to email me if you have any other question or concerns

I'm a nurse and something is wrong, see a doctor and request a blood test,There is absolutely no route for anyone -- even those of us in medically-related professions -- to make clear to you what sort of health problems you may be experiencing short the benefit of a physical exam.
If this problem has become chronic and is a concern to you -- which it should be -- after you need to be paid an appointment to see your physician. I know my answer isn't the easy one... but within the long run, I assure you that it's the best.
definately get a doctor on this one doesn`t matter what it is, it isnt good. i would guess you own a LOW stamina and are just overdoing it. it might own something to do with mental stress so bear it easy.
My girl friend take like 7 vicodins next to booze. She's addicted. What can I do to help her?
Definitly jump and see a doctor. With the tingling in your hand if it be your left appendage could be a sign of a mild heart attack. What your body is telling you is that it desires to be checked and taken care of. Stay away from salt and greasy foods and red meats. You are lucky that your body is letting you know that it desires getting checked so you can take effort of it . It could be really nothing that serious and freshly a change of diet might be adjectives you need to do but the doctor will be the one explicitly the only one that will know how to determine what all requirements to be done it could be just a shortage of vitamins too. But go see the doctor so he can determine what is the problem and what requirements to be done. What ever it is it is a warning so listen to your bodys restraining and get see.
