Does anyone know any polite methods for dealing with sea knee and swollen knees?

I need things I can do one my own. I own no insurance and the pain isn't that bleak.

Where a tensor plaster, that is what I hold to do for mine. It causes pressure to support out with the discomfort. Try one that fits over your knee as dead set against the wrap around they work a lot better. Also when the throbbing hits take advil, it is an anti infammitory so it will minister to with the discomfort as well. Good luck to you.

2nd read a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. Teaches how to do business with muscles, torment and referred pain.

1st start rubbing (down the length of) your quads (the muscles in the upper leg) you will find knot (trigger points) that are sore. Those spots are the ones you want to rub 6-12 times per session, 6 sessions per day.
