I spilled acetone all over myself and my bed how can I go and get rid of the smell and horrid rash?
Answers:
Make sure that you wash adjectives the sheets and duvet covers, air the quilt itself or sooner take it to the drycleaners and ask them to launder it for you (remember to mention the acetone.)
Air the room thoroughly - the smell will disipate.....but be aware it is significantly flammable so you shouldn't burn scented candles or incense sticks for at smallest a few hours...
As far as the itching goes, shower really in good health and apply some E45 or similarly unscented moisturiser, or if the rash is not going down pop by the pharmacy and speak to them roughly it.

Well, acetone is really volatile, so it should of late evaporate away. Open your windows if there's a impossible smell. As for the rash, that sounds unusual, but I'd assume that it's probably only been brought on by the evaporation drying out your skin.Try and procure a good moisturiser that isn't fragrant and keep aplying it. Otherwise you might hold exzema... in which overnight case see a doctor (although I think that's unlikely...)
Hope that help!
