I've had this problem since I begin taking medications and can really relate to his experience. When I was told to increase the fiber in my diet it single served to create more stool that wouldn't go anywhere. I drank more sea but the water freshly seemed to be pulled out of my intestines, not in. Finally, I go to a gastroenterologist who prescribed something called Miralax. It's a cheesy powder that is put into doesn`t matter what liquid you want. It works by osmosis within that it creates a condition in the intestines which pulls the wet from the body into the intestines. Since I've been taking it I haven't have a single problem. If you have a doctor feeling like to prescribe for you - I never knew this stuff existed - I regard you will find it will take exactness of the constipation in a simple and not unpleasant style. Trust me - I took six months to say anything and it to be sure wasn't worth the pain. I thought here was nil I could do and this solved the problem right away. Good Luck.
