Sri Lanka a third world country needs a skin sandbank badly since anyone suffering over 60 % of burns to his body succumb due to this reality.I understand from a doctor that if a skin mound was available this stipulation not be so as the skin from the bank would be a stopgap remedial measure till the adjectives wounds heal.The cost would be stupendous to start such a hill,so if any rich donor like a Donald Trump or a Bill Gates could step within and donate the equipment to get it started.Any one feeling like to come forward?

Seriously. The doctor concerned will have education of other skin banks and he could perchance contact them to see if they know of any equipment being replaced which may be sold cheap. The single option bar a rich benefactor would be local fundraising;
