OMG I bite my oral cavity too...but not my nails, lol. My best proposal for you is to keep a stick of lip balm surrounded by your pocket. When you think you're gonna start biting your chops, you can apply the balm instead, and that will keep you from biting them. Trust me, it works. As for the nail, just save trimming them short once every week or two. Good luck.
I've heard that if you put pure vanilla extract on your nail you wont bite them because of the bad soft spot. And maybe try lip explain or lipstick for your lips. Good luck!

well do you bite them because you just do? or do you bite them because nearby uneven or serrated?I use to bite my nails because they be uneven/jagged and that bugged me so i would bite them. Now a days I just hold on to a nail database with me everywhere I be in motion to file them down.
You could also try putting Neem Oil on your fingers. It taste nasty (so you know you wouldn't want to put your fingers in your mouth.), And its really polite for your skin also. Maybe those suggestions would work.
About the Lip thing...I don't know. I bite my lip too alot! chapstick I don`t know?

My daddy use to put something nasty on my sister's nail to make her stop. Everytime she bite her nail she did not like the partiality! Try to put something that is repulsive on yours.
