I've got latest permanent "State of New Jersy","Health Benefits Identification Card". I used to hold "Ameri Choice" health insurance card. And I still enjoy it. On "Ameri Choice" card there I have the doctor's name(PCP), but on "State of New Jersy" card there is no doctor's heading. My question is : There is no unshakable doctor's name so that manner can I make an appoinment near any doctor or any health aid who accept this insurance? And present me some information about how can I use this insurance card from "state of foreign jersy"?(this card has white, blue and white color). thankfulness a lot.

yes you can use it with any doctor...they adjectives so will assign a PCP to you later on. but to be on the locked choice...call the doctors department 1st okay and double check.
