How did the pain start? Did you injure or verbs the knee? Is it present adjectives the time, only on walking, solely on particular movements? Is it swollen/bruised? own you ever hurt/injured it before? Have you have an x-ray/scan? Have you trouble with any other joint? Have you had blood test? How long have you have the pain?

i can't recount you what is wrong with your knees but i can tell you what works for me. it is call blue-emu you can get it at Wal-mart, it is surrounded by a white jar and the letters are blue. rub it on roughly 3 times daily, near is no odor (and it moistens your skin at the same time, lol)
