i tore all my ligaments surrounded by my knee playing basketball after i all geared up tore on and i made it worse and im only 14 what do they do should i be anxious and how long will i be off of it and will i know how to play basketball again im really scared can anybody backing please and thanks surrounded by advanced !!!!

I know someone who tore the ACL surrounded by their knee, and th surgeon took a factor of hamstring muscle and put it where the ACL used to be, remarkably painful and required months of physical psychotherapy, but now he is put money on to doing all the things he did up to that time getting it hurt.
