OH yeah, you know what this could be a sinus problem. I hurt in these places too when i hold a sinus infection. Do you have twinge in your cheeks below your eyes? I think it sounds similar to a dental problem. Do you have an abcessed tooth? It cause all that anguish. I'd call your OB to bring back an idea of what medication you can take to relieve the agony, then beckon your dentist and get an appointment.I enjoy a hereniated disc thats pinching a nerve. It reminds me of TMJ. I would ask your Dentist nearly this. But you could talk to your Dr. something like this first since it takes a while or its 6 month's inbetween Dentist appointment's.
