What can happen if you don't rate a hospital bill?
I went to the hospital beside a really hard spasm in my stomag (a rock surrounded by the kidney) they took 4 hours to attend me. they didn't to anything they just silence down the pain for a while, I spend two hours man attended, then they realease me and told me to look for a doctor to oporate me. I departed with twinge and a month later i receive a bill for 4,000 dollars. And the hospital keep calling to see when am i going to pay. (they spend more time calling me than i spend one attended.)

If I be you I'd set up a payment plan.. except, you can forget about buying a house or have decent credit.

If it is an EMERGENCY medical facility, they cannot really do anything, theycannot refuse service because of your inablilty to pay packet..they can harrass you, send you threatening parcels, ect, but they CAN NOT sue you..it would be in your best interest to salary atleast $5.00 per month, that way, they cannot do any of it..i.e. what I do..You owe the bill, ER's other take HOURS to attain help contained by as they must prioitize their patients, gun shots before kidney stones. You signed the financial responsibility papers. Pay up or they will transport you to collection...Period.
Ask for a payment plan you do not want to be sent to collection.

Pay them as much as u can a month speak $10, to show them you are paying them this way it wont jump to a collection agency.

If you hold good credit presently, you would want to pay the bill. I enjoy a lot of doctors bills and they will work near you. Even if you can only pay envelope $20 a month. You should try to pay it so they don't distribute it to the collection agency.If you had to...would you lose an eye or a leg?
If you even income 1.00 a month there is zilch they can do to legally bind you into something.help, this is driving me crazy!?
Do you enjoy insurance? If you don't have insurance are you low-income? If you enjoy a low income in some cities you can apply for public aid and if you are approved that may cover the hospital bills. It would be a lot of serious newspaper work and waiting involved but it would be worth it. Otherwise you will be sent to a collections agency.
