Back strain?


whenever i bend forward, my back starts to hurt, and it feel like i can't move. but it with the sole purpose happens after i bend forward. why is that? is that because of a need of exercise?

i'm 15, and i don't want to be getting old!

You should bend at the knees, not at the waist. Are you overweight? Can raison d`¨ētre a lot of pay for problems, along with no exercise. The best remedy: EXERCISE. Getting antiquated is not the cause of rear problems, inactivity is..........If it doesn't get hold of better you need to own someone take you to the doctor to trade name sure nothing is really desperate wrong

What's up with my eye?

Not other but often this can occur because the muscles in your stern are weak.

Perhaps if you try some dutiful back exercises that might aid you.

Always remember when you are erect something, BEND AT THE KNEES! Let your legs take the weightiness, not your back.

If you are concerned more or less the pain you procure in your rear PLEASE see your doctor. The are no silly questions when it comes to your strength.

That is because you are not suppose to use your rear when bending over, you are suppose to use your knees to bend over, other option is to see Chiropractor, they lend a hand people next to back problems lacking medinces. I have be seeing a Chiropractor since age 12 or 13 and once a week is great for my back, nouns pains. Give it a try, what do you have to lose?...

lol if your fifteen then your probably approaching me look this question might be concrete to answer considering we don't know much of what you do if you sit at the computer all afternoon or watch TV your mind that you will slouch back so consequently if you go to move forward your body and vertebrae wont be able to stretch due to indistinguishable movements just similar to your leg getting cramped which is also why they tell you to stretch formerly stuff well that's the individual thing i can deduce of due to the information you have giving me but hey i could be wrong honourable luck though back problems suck! ahhh i forgot to join sit up straight more of even better get a sturdy pillow or one of those soft things gah i cant remember the entitle and put it at the middle of your back when you sit help me alot ok?

wow! At 15 and you already enjoy back niggle...ouch. I've had chronic rear legs pain but I found the I have to change my shoes regularly and sit properly always. I get a back support pillow at www.backbonebuddy.com that have done wonders for support while sitting. Take it easy..your support should not hurt like this, especcial person so young. Do stern stretches and drink lots of water.
