I don't want to worry you too much but a recognised side effect of OCP (pills) is the risk of blood clots forming in the leg vein (venous thromboembolism) and this may travel to your lungs and causes pulmonary embolism (lung blood clot).
I would suggest that you hope medical help very soon. Go to your nearest accident and emergency.
