I don`t know you sleep too late and you own a lot on your mind...I don`t know you spend too much time online.
try getting up real untimely...like 6 a.m. or closer...go for a hike, keep busy adjectives day long (no power nap) and you'll be out approaching a light by 10 p.m.

well you can try going to bed a little ahead of time or you can relax before you travel to bed to get every item off your mind and possibly you will get more sleep works for me.

Just a thought, but hold you asked the dr? I do find that valerian root is calming and melatonin help you sleep. I work odd hours and sometimes these relieve. Or, try camomile tea. There are some very sharp herbal teas in the grocery store, lipton have some and also sleepytime tea. Hope it helps. :)

Try this: Start going to bed about a 1/2 hour faster than you usually do EVERY NIGHT- & stick to it for a month. If you're STILL not getting enough sleep, afterwards go to bed a partly hour earlier than THAT- the subsequent month. -In other words, keep on tally a half hour to your sleep sceduale, until to start finding yourself wake up earlier than you usually do.
