Anything that's warm and/or have milk in it will work. Cocoa is virtuous, but it's better made from scratch than beside those packets. Warm 8 to 10 ozs. of milk. Add 2 Tbs. of unsweetened cocoa powder, resembling the stuff sold for baking, and sugar to taste. Take a whisk and stir the powder surrounded by that way. Pour it into a mug that you've already warm with hot hose down (pouring the water out first, as expected <g>), top with some ground cinnamon or nutmeg if you similar to, and enjoy.
Another possibility is a posset. One passageway of making a posset is as follows: While you warm your milk, put an egg into a 1-pt bowl, and slaughter it. Add a couple Tbs. molasses (I think honey would work, if you prefer), join the warm milk, consequently whisk it all together. Top next to freshly grated nutmeg, and there you are.
If you're not a teetotaller, you might try hot buttered rum. Bring marine to a boil, then pour into a mug. Add a shot of rum, a dollop of butter, and nutmeg (yes, again!). Better drink *that* one down while sitting in bed!

Tylenol PM or drink sleepy time tea.try doing a crossword puzzle or a mind team game. When I have trouble sleeping I will brand up games in my team leader. Like trying to think of songs that start next to each memorandum of the alphabet. The harder it is the more tired I get trying to reason of one. Before I know it I am sound asleep.

hot cocoa has caffine in it,that can't sort you sleepy. I have hear you need to unwind first.In other words,around 2 or 3 hours b4 bed do absolutely nought.don't do any kind of physical amusement.make sure ur room is completly ominous,close the blinds,curtains.Also,if you have an alarm clock near big bright numbers,dim it or get one that does not own such bright numbers.... nighty nightmy foot has be hurting off an on for the second year?

It's usually for travelsickness but it makes you drousy . if you are a small character you can take partly of a 30 mg tablet. Take it at 8pm the night since otherwise you might be groggy in the morning.Other than that Gravol have no side effects , In Canada it's available without prescribtion
