How can I wake up within the morning?

The best time for me to exericise is in the morning but I just can't rouse up!! I know I get plenty of sleep but it's similar to I can only rouse up when I know I have to, so I am not belatedly for work. I hit the snooze like it's my livelihood. I got a different alarm clock that I set to music and then 15 mins following goes sour with the buzzer but I still snooze it. Any suggestions??

Should I be worried just about a twisted ankle that hasn't gotten better after two weeks?

Simple....move the alarm clock away for the bed across the room. Then you have to catch up to turn it off. Or you can put a mouse trap on the snooze button.
