I feel like I be being stretched on a rack, especialy at darkness, when I was trying to sleep. Yes growing pains can be sore. make sure you pinch a multi-vitamin, if you are young and growing, to sustain give your body the nutrients it requests at this time.

no, it means theyre going to dribble off.jk, no, its majority. what have you be doing lately? if youve been approaching running, hiking, snowboarding, stuff like that, later its probably muscle pain. lug some ibuprofin and lay down, relax and it should be feeling better soon. if its contained by the bones or something, you might've whacked it good, growing pains DO come up, not to everyone, but i've had them, .. i have to get my knees looked at cuz i messed them up somehow, they used to bother me and i couldnt do squats or stuff similar to that for the longest time. if its really bothering you, get it checked, but i contemplate its probably normal.

My son (12) have this happen to him quicker this year. I took him to the orthopediac dr and was told that it's due (truely) to growing pains! He took an x-ray of the legs and showed them to us. He pointed out the growth plate and the hulking amount of whiteness there. He later told us that he would grow like a weed this year. He's already gain two inches since then and is immediately taller than me!!!
However, it could also be a lack of potassium or hose if you're older and hold already stopped growing.
