I give up smoking 3 weeks ago and want to know what I can expect in terms of progress over the subsequent months?


I need milestones to look forward to, fairly then looking wager on at how long its been. I've have difficulty breathing for a couple of days and thats passed, what next? and after?

it take 2years to lose the craving for a cigarettes completely, sounds hard i know.
but the obedient thing is that after 2 years you will grain sick at the thought of sticking a ciggy in your mouth.

Great..I drank plenty of water to flush my system of nicotine..please do not consent to yourself cave contained by to cravings...try to start a piggy bank and put the money you would hold used for tobacco and watch it incorporate up!! You'll be shocked...Everybody is different..Try some type of exercise... I'm proud of you to get through this far..Keep up the GOOD WORK!! I smoked for 35 years and I own not smoked in 1 year and 7 months.... Stick To it!!!
