First, go and enjoy the Dr. diagnose your problem. He needs to find out the source of the spasm. However, ice pack help use up pain. Also heat pads, and naproxen for infammation. You didn't mention why you enjoy back anguish, did you slip and fall, or hold a bulging disc? Also, ask the Dr. about seeing a chiropractor. Good luck.
