Help & Advice needed for Preasure / Tension?
For the past week I hold had similar to a build up of preasure at the back of my pave the way. It feels bulky and almost as if i need a plunger in the vertebrae of my head to give somebody a lift the preasure away. Also at the same time. my collar and shoulders ake. And feel thickset. Also when i talk if i chitchat to load it hurts my person in charge. or any noise loader than ordinary is just to painfull. I can discern sick at times too. When having a conversation out of the regular starts the build up of the preasure feeling contained by the back of my principal. My legs tend to feel approaching they dont want to support my body. I have be to the doctors in times past year and they say it is a mild form of MS. But they still carrying out tests me for other things. If anybody has any give a hand or advise i would appriciate it immensely much.

Identify what situations are causing the frenzy attacks.

Hi! to be more specific next to theraputic avenues, which are highly recommended over drugs. Drugs, which as pointed out above, are fine for a session of extreme discomfort, and temporary as a patch - There are some excellent avenues of pain-pressure massage that you can learn to do to yourself. It is worth a try, and would cut costs of analysis which can be quite elevated.
It is good that you are seeing doctors. My counsel is to get second opinion as well, I miserable managed prudence these days, - ably, one finds one doctor overlooks things, where a second may pick up, and vice versa. Also considering that over 300,000 people die every year from adverse drug reaction (ADR) poorly prescribed and/or monitored...well, take ANOTHER doctor's opinion and conducting tests if you can.
I would highly recommend from my research a form of accupressure call Shiatsu that you can learn or enjoy someone learn beside you, and it should have amazing affects on the circumstances of pain/stiffness you describe.
Pressure can also be cause by stress - and stress can CAUSE illnesses, and certainly increase the effects. I down a lot of sites for stress information in another answer on Yahoo below my name (it's long, and down implicit the bottom) where you will find lots of righteous things to do that will help near stress release.

As for Shiatsu, it is highly recommended (calling it accupressure) by of late about every pain-management research site I've visit, so I've found not just a book, but a video that in actual fact teaches how and where on earth to apply (pressure points) for various types of anguish - There is an introduction video you can view at http://www.instantheadacherelief.com/sel...
And lastly, I would start right away, next to researching for yourself all holistic (from verified sources lone!) ways to get all set for what might be ahead if it is a mild form of MS, or some other serious problem. Many of my friends have, for instance, vanquished breast cancer purely holistically, no chemo, and little doctor intervention after the first couple of times. (Green Magma, I remember they all had that within common). However, it is a personal thing, so you own to "get into it", and find your gut intuition as to which treatments you consistency instinctive towards.
Seriously, I wish you the best, and hope you find out what it is, and look at untaught ways of enhancing your life to minimize, alleviate or otherwise erradicate the conditions, it is possible.
