your both right. if you have impossible posture it can pull on your muscles cause sharp pains to occur. i would invest into an inversion table. this will not singular help your posture and luxury your pain but it will also relieve rigidity as it helps clash off the effects of gravity. my husband have an accident where on earth his arm was compleetely numb for 6 months. he tried an electroid treatment beside no results. he tried physical therapy next to very poor results. after we started swimming and using the inversion table. the results have be great. he now can perceive his fingers and has 75% of the motility hindmost in that arm. he also have gained hindmost 1 full inch of his height lost from gravity. i would also recommend this for stern aches and cargo loss. the stretching really does help.
