That's the sciatic boldness. I've had problems next to it for years. A chiropractor can help. Then if you ever do achieve to the point where it feel better, start strengthening all your stern musles with an exercise program resembling Pilates. These days when we all spend so much time sitting, those muscles return with really weak and the spinal column slips around a lot. I know it's be a lifesaver for me....
